Located in Hameln, the bright and spacious vacation apartment "150 sqm luxury in the center" offers a cozy setting for a stay with your loved ones.

The 150 sqm accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus offers space for 8 people. In addition, there are 2 regular sofas available on which 2 more guests could sleep.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, a 65-inch smart OLED TV with streaming services and speakers, a 2-burner oven in the kitchen, a fan, a washer, a dryer, a coffeemaker, a game console, and a selection of children's books and toys.

Huge ols townhouse flat perfectly located in the middle of Hameln

Pros: The flat gives place for up to 10 people and is located in the middle of Hamelns shopping, café and restaurant area. It´s a lovely place to see.

Unfassbar schlecht

Dreck,Schimmel,Pilze. Einrichtung Ikea. Check in war erstmal nicht möglich, da kein Schlüssel im Safe. Die Wohnung befand sich im Teil einer Baustelle. Im Treppenhaus und vor der Wohnung befanden sich Werkzeuge, Teppiche die verlegt werden sollten…etc… Auf die wiederen Umstände angesprochen, reagierte der Vermieter mit persönlichen Beleidigungen und Beschimpfungen. Luxus war alleine der Preis. Einige Teilnehmer der Familie mussten vorzeitig abreisen, da sie eine allergische Reaktion auf den Dreck erlitten. Wir können von dieser Wohnung nur abraten, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sollte man meiden. Zum Beweis stelle ich gerne Bilder zur Verfügung. Wenn gewünscht auch den Chatverlauf mit dem Vermieter. Unfassbar

Hallo Peter, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht wie erwartet verlaufen ist. Wir möchten jedoch klarstellen, dass Sven Ihre Anliegen ernst genommen hat. Bereits vor Ihrer Ankunft haben Sie auf eine Preisreduzierung hingewiesen, da Sie die Unterkunft günstiger auf einem anderen Portal gefunden haben. Er hat Ihren Wunsch abgelehnt, da die Buchung bereits abgeschlossen war. Leider wurde das Thema Sauberkeit erst am letzten Tag Ihres Aufenthalts bei Sven angesprochen. Hätten Sie ihn früher darüber informiert, hätte er umgehend das Reinigungspersonal beauftragt, die betroffenen Bereiche zu säubern. Zudem möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass Sven einen Luftreiniger im Apartment bereitgestellt hat, um eine gesunde Umgebung zu gewährleisten. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihre Familie vorzeitig abreisen musste. Wir hoffen, dass die Teilrückerstattung zur Besänftigung beigetragen hat, und wir hoffen, Sie in Zukunft wieder in einer unserer Holidu Unterkünfte begrüßen zu dürfen. Ihr Holidu Team

Tolle große Wohnung in perfekter City Lage

Pros: Sehr helle und große Wohnung. Toller Vermieter und super Lage. Auch Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Die Wohnung ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Cons: keine Geschirrspülmaschine

Prachtig appartement op een mooie locatie.

Pros: Het appartement ligt in het mooiste gedeelte van Hamelen. Winkels en station binnen handbereik. Zelfs een kerstmarkt voor de deur. Het appartement is prachtig, groot en smaakvol ingericht.

Schöne, große Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Guter Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Empfang. Wohnung gut ausgestattet mit Hygieneartikeln, Putzmitteln usw. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Außerhalb der Wohnung teilweise ein wenig chaotisch (Aussicht). Draußen am Eingangsbereich leider viele Tauben.
