Welcome to The Lily Pad! Meet your hosts Meghan and Patrick, and we are lifelong Pennsylvania resident, dedicated property investor, and passionate outdoor enthusiast. Our family, has spent years exploring the incredible natural landscapes of our home state, from the trails of Southeastern PA to the lakes and mountains right here in Blakeslee.

As active adventurers, we chose this specific location in Briar Crest Woods because it sits at the absolute epicenter of everything that makes the Poconos spectacular across all four seasons:

Spring & Summer: When the weather warms up, you will find us out on the local roads and mountain trails logging biking miles, hiking through the state parks and game lands, or spending a quiet morning kayaking and fishing on the regional lakes and streams.

Winter Slopes: Once the snow hits, we instantly transition to the mountains. Whether carving down the trails snowboarding or hitting the fresh powder skiing, we intimately know the terrain at Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Blue Mountain, and Camelback.

Because our family loves the active, outdoor lifestyle, we intentionally curated The Lily Pad to be the ultimate launchpad for your own adventures. We’ve designed the cabin with dedicated gear storage for your skis, boards, and bikes, and added a premium outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake, the absolute best place to recover after a grueling day on the mountain or a long afternoon on the water.
