This memorable cottage is the perfect home base for your trip to Croton Pond. Guests will find three comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed setup. Main bathroom has a shower and 2nd bathroom is toilet and sink only. The space feels pleasant and inviting, with central air to keep you comfortable year-round. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this adorable cottage offers a beautiful retreat with a great view of the pond. Boat dock for fishing or swimming and can tie up small boat. This place is ready to welcome guests for both quick getaways and extended stays, making your holiday one to remember. The cottage is pet friendly and has several outdoor kitties that come around. We feed them every day when the cottage is empty. If you are willing to feed them I have left food and instructions inside the cottage. Its ok if not but please let us know so we can feed from another location. Thank you.
