Welcome to our completely renovated and freshly refurbished vacation home, “Upgant.” Look forward to a modern and stylishly furnished vacation home with approximately 110 square meters of single-level living space, located near the North Sea coast (Norden and Norddeich). Our house has been furnished with great attention to detail and can accommodate up to 6 people plus a toddler (a crib and high chair are available). A carport with two parking spaces is available right in front of the entrance. Pets are also welcome here for a fee. Please note, however, that the garden is not fenced in. A pellet stove in the living room provides cozy warmth in the winter ;) Wind down the evening with a glass of wine or beer on your terrace. The 110-square-meter living space is located entirely on the first floor and offers open, modern living and plenty of room for up to 6 adults plus a toddler (travel crib provided). You’ll find a large, fully equipped country-style kitchen with an oven, electric stove, refrigerator with an additional freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, and various other appliances. An adjoining seating area features a dining table, chairs, and a sofa bed. One bedroom has a double bed, and another is furnished with two single beds. The stylish living room features a cozy sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a pellet stove. There are two bathrooms in the house. One bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet; the other main bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and an additional bathtub. Pets are also welcome here for a fee. However, the garden is not fenced in. A patio with seating and the garden are available for your use. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. Enjoy your stay at “Ferienhaus Upgant” near Norddeich. The vacation home is located near Marienhafe and is about 12 km from the North Sea and the beach in Norddeich. The property (which is not fenced) behind the house is in a quiet location and borders fields and meadows. Ideal for families and dog lovers.
