FABI Bungalow - Bungalow Vacation Rental

Our FABI bungalow vacation rental is located in the smallest seaside resort in the center of the island of Usedom, between Zinnowitz and Koserow.
Completely renovated in 2009, the bungalow blends in with the quiet, quaint fishing village of Zempin. It has been furnished with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need.
We offer you a well-maintained, spacious, modern, newly furnished non-smoking bungalow that includes a parking space for one car.
Your accommodations are located just 5 minutes from the Baltic Sea beach or from the Achterwasser—a lovely spot for relaxing and taking a stroll—at the narrowest point of the island. All routes—for example, to the beach, local shopping, and public transportation—are child-friendly, safe, and easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by car.



Bungalow vacation rental:

We offer you a spacious, modern, newly furnished non-smoking bungalow, including a parking space for one car.
The furnishings include a modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and induction cooktop, a high table with chairs, a swiveling flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a comfortable couch with a table, and—for cozy evenings—an electric fireplace, as well as a spacious, luxurious bed (lower sleeping surface 140x200*; upper sleeping surface 90x200*).
Your bathroom is fully tiled. It features a toilet, sink, and a walk-in shower with a sloped ceiling (approx. 80x90x210*), as well as a mirror and a hair dryer.
A set of towels and bed linens is provided for each guest.
There is an ample supply of dishes, glasses, cups, and plates, as well as cutlery—knives, forks, and spoons—for both our younger and older guests.
To wind down at the end of each day, you’ll find a separate terrace with a grill for your comfort.
Everything has been provided so that you can enjoy a pleasant vacation, whether alone or with up to three other people. An extra bed in the form of a travel crib is available free of charge.
