The holiday villa Tro Naod is really something special - quietly located in a cul-de-sac and built in a wonderfully rustic Breton style from granite and covered with thick slabs of slate - that's how you imagine a Breton manor house. You don't see the sea directly from the house, but the path and the distance to the fine sandy beach is a minute's walk away - so the house is located directly on a beautiful fine sandy beach. Even the name suggests that; den "Tro Naod" means something like "the no tour to the beach" in Breton. The house is in a great location and - you have a great garden that is fenced in with a great old palm tree population - and if you don't want to lie right on the beach and the sea; enjoy your great garden with its terraces - facing south, of course! The property is closed by a gate, there is ample parking, even a carport. The house is ample in terms of space and offers 5 separate rooms with 5 double beds. As all beds do not exceed 140x200 - we recommend no more than 8 guests (beds - all made upon arrival). One bedroom even has a bathroom en suite (with a small shower cubicle) and is like a small studio in the new part of the house - with separate terrace access and a small separate living area and is wonderfully flooded with light - this is of course ideal as a master bedroom and great for guests with dogs - everything is on one level and you have direct access to the garden - the huge phoenix palm trees give shade to this area in high summer. The 4 remaining bedrooms are on the first floor - one has an en suite washbasin - and all 4 rooms share a bathroom with a bath which is also intended for showering (glassed on the shower side). A separate toilet is also on this floor . The beach shower is a small feature - this can be reached from the back directly when you come home from the beach - so it is on the ground floor. There are 3 different toilets and 3 different showers in the house. As described, the Tro Naod holiday home is something special - it is really a great one, typical of this region, built in granite and imposingly rustic! Inside the house, when it was built in the 70s, was furnished to a very high standard for that time; you are well maintained and unchanged today! So you will move into a house that will welcome you with the charm of the 70s!
