This stylish stand alone downtown home offers the perfect mix of comfort, location, and memorable amenities for families, friends, business travelers, or event weekends. Relax in the private hot tub, gather on the expansive rooftop deck featuring an outdoor kitchen, large 85” TV, and city views, or enjoy being just minutes from Sundance Square, Magnolia Avenue, local dining, entertainment, and the Fort Worth Stockyards. Getting around is easy; a bus stop that's just a 2-minute walk from the home connects you to Fort Worth’s downtown hot spots, while nearby T&P Station ( a 2 minute drive or 12 minute walk) offers convenient rail access to Downtown Dallas and historic Downtown Grapevine. Location makes this the perfect place for Fort Worth getaways, rodeo weekends, concerts, TCU visits, and events at Dallas Stadium in Arlington.
Inside, guests enjoy 3 thoughtfully designed bedrooms and 3 private en-suite bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 7, with an air mattress available to accommodate up to 8 guests. This place was top notch, everything about this property was high end. The beds were super comfortable and the layout of the property was perfect. The property felt like a model home. We travel all over the country and this is the best property we've ever stayed in. Location was very central to everything. 10/10

Fort Worth is one of our favorite cities, and it was an easy choice. It’s beautiful, clean, and full of rich western culture you won’t find anywhere else in Texas. What we love most is how many distinct personalities the city holds within it — the classy Big City charm of Downtown, the rustic, boots-on-the-ground feel of the Stockyards and Cowtown, and the small-town warmth of neighborhoods like Magnolia and Southside. West In The City puts you right in the middle of it all, with most of these spots just a 5-10 minute drive away and some within walking distance. Wherever you wander, you’re never far from great food, live music, or a little slice of Texas history.

What sets us apart from most downtown stays is that we’re not a condo or townhome — we’re a true standalone house, tucked right in the middle of all the energy and excitement of the city. It’s rare to find a real home with its own private space downtown, and we think that makes all the difference. Guests love the huge rooftop deck with sweeping views of the Fort Worth skyline, the private hot tub for unwinding after a day of exploring, and three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One is a cozy single, perfect for someone who wants a quiet space all to themselves, while the others offer more room to spread out — great for groups or families who want both togetherness and privacy.
