Holiday Apartment "Playa de Canet 1" with Balcony and Wi-Fi

The welcoming and bright holiday apartment “Canet Beach 1” is located in the center of Canet de Mar and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. With 72 m², it features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and accommodates up to 6 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace, TV, fan, washing machine, dishwasher, and a cot are provided. The apartment has a private balcony accessible from the living room.



The property is less than a 5-minute walk from some of the best beaches in the Maresme area. The beaches of Costa Brava and Barcelona are about 40 minutes away by car, and public transport links are very close.



A municipal parking lot is just 2 minutes away on foot, where you can reserve a spot directly. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment does not have air conditioning.



The property follows waste separation guidelines, which will be explained upon arrival.



Please note that government water regulations may affect services such as the pool, irrigation, or general tap use.



The apartment is in a residential neighborhood. According to local regulations, loud music and talking are not allowed after 10:00 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays) and 9:00 p.m. on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest. Parties and access for people not included in the reservation are not allowed. Check-in is not possible for guests under 25 years old.
