Located in Gastes, "Villa du Lac" offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. This 103 m² property features a living room with two sofa beds (one for one person, one for two), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms (the master bedroom overlooks the pool), a bathroom with shower, an extra toilet, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV with DVD player, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dryer, and a game console. A baby cot is also available.
Outside, enjoy a heated pool with six sun loungers, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, a plancha, and an outdoor shower. A pétanque court is also available. The property is 250 m from a grocery store and 500 m from the lake, port, and beach. Three parking spaces are available on site. One pet is allowed. Wi-Fi is provided. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. The house is step-free inside. Four bicycles are available for your use.
