Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and only a few neighboring homes, the area provides a relaxing getaway atmosphere. Occasionally, you may see neighborhood golf carts cruising through the community, adding to the charm of the area.

The main clubhouse is approximately a 15-minute walk away, where guests can browse the pro shop or enjoy dining at SP19, open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor areas.

Self check-in is available through a smart lock system, with a unique entry code provided prior to arrival for a smooth, secure, and convenient experience.

Free on-site parking is available for 4–6 vehicles, with the driveway of the house and driveway of the detached garageincluded for added convenience.

Please note: there is a small step to enter the home, and all bedrooms and the full bathrooms are located on the second floor, half bath located on first floor.

• For safety and security, the property is equipped with an exterior doorbell camera with audio at the front entrance, along with 7 exterior security cameras with audio around the outside of the home. There are no cameras located inside the property.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM to preserve the peaceful setting
• Due to the home’s location along the 11th fairway, occasional stray golf balls may enter the backyard or come into contact with the exterior of the home.

**POOL RULES**
• Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No diving, running, or rough play in or around the pool area.
• No glass containers in or near the pool.
• Please shower or rinse off before entering the pool when possible.
• Do not use the pool under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
• Quiet hours must be respected while using outdoor amenities.
• Please do not tamper with pool equipment or temperature settings.
• Use pool towels only outside and avoid taking bath towels to the pool area.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of everyone in their group
• Report any pool concerns or maintenance issues immediately
• Please turn off lights, fire table, and outdoor features after use.
• No pets allowed in the pool.
