Getting Around:

Uber is plentiful in the city. Can rent a car as well. There is free street parking nearby



Other Things to Note:

$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in/lost keys if they are given out. $500 fine for smoking inside the home or throwing an event or party. These are strictly prohibited.



HOUSE RULES 11 pm quiet hour Must be 21+ up to book No Parties ($750 charge plus $200 for every person over the number on the reservation) $1000 fee for smoking in unit/smells like smoke in the unit/parties/additional guests ($200 per extra guest/night than what was on booking reservation). No Smoking, all smoking must be done 15 feet away from our front door. Covering exterior Ring cameras will result in a fine and possible eviction from unit with NO refund and $750 fine. We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM. By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $200 per unauthorized guest each night. $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. $150 if bringing a pet, must be disclosed prior to booking. If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction. Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest. We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras. Please do not move furniture, clean team will charge us if furniture is moved or if there is damage from moving furniture, $250 fine and any damage to furniture. Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge team is available from 10am–8pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am–12am Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.
