Vairano is located on the left shore of Lake Maggiore and is surrounded by rolling hills with a wonderful view of the snow-capped mountains. The many hiking trails through the picturesque villages, nearby chestnut forests, enchanting mountain landscapes, and along the beautiful lake invite you to unwind and relax. <br><br>Nestled in a beautiful and typical Ticino setting with a sunny, panoramic view of the lake is the charming<br><br>Casa California.<br><br>The house is located in Vairano, just above San Nazarro, and sits on a terraced lot with an area of 560 square meters. It is a 5.5-room house and can accommodate 6 people.<br><br>The house, with approximately 150 square meters of living space, features two floors plus a basement, a large terrace with a balcony running along the side of the house, an idyllic garden with a pergola, and a natural stone grill behind the house. The entire property was newly renovated in 2022 and lovingly furnished.<br><br> Casa California is easily accessible by car and public transportation. There are 2 parking spaces available in front of the house, and the garage—located about 200 meters away—offers an additional 2 parking spaces. Access to the house is via a short flight of stairs.<br><br>The spacious, idyllic garden has been lovingly landscaped and maintained over many years.
