Very quiet location on the outskirts of town with the Wehl right outside the front door. Modern bathroom with rain shower and handheld showerhead. Built-in kitchenette with dishwasher, range hood, stainless steel sink, refrigerator with large, separate freezer compartment, coffee maker, stainless steel kettle, and toaster. Dining table with 6 chairs. Living room with 3-seater sofa and armchair, flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi. Bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), closet, and nightstands.
INCLUDES final cleaning and a linen package.

Westerdeichstrich visitor’s tax: 2 € per adult per day.
Minimum stay during peak season (01.04 - 31.10(and Dec. 17 – Jan. 7) is 7 days; during off-season, it is 4 days

We don’t like to do this, but we must collect a security deposit of 150 €, which must be paid in cash on the day of arrival and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure and inspection.
