White noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with bathtub on the main level, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer is also provided.

Bathroom 2: Half bath located in the basement.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes. The dining area seats 4 guests, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island. The garage game room also offers seating for 7 additional guests, with extra seating available on the couch in the basement.

Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker are available; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia!

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the basement. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets.

We are available as needed for guests! You can message us through Airbnb or reach out directly to the phone number provided after booking. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Located on Raleigh St, just a 3-minute drive to Lambeau Field and the Resch Center!

Parking: 2 vehicles can park in driveway. No overnight street parking is permitted per city ordinance.

The grill is located on the back patio, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.

If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.

Credit card fees are non-refundable upon booking if reservation is cancelled by guest.

- A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host an unauthorized party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 9 guests allowed in the home. $50 per person fee per night fee will be applied above 9 guests who stay the night.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed per booking with a $250 pet fee, no other pets allowed unless otherwise approved. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A penalty of $500 will be applied if found smoking inside the house.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using outside spaces, music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and yard, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras can result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi can result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Rearranging furniture in the home that results in damages in the home or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check out.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 per hour if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
