House IVA is located in town Krk, just 50 meters from the beach.The vicinity of the beach and old town, places to shop, sports activities and places to go out makes this an ideal accommodation to enjoy your holidays. It has five accommodation units on disposal with beautiful sea view. Guests have access to private parking, maintained garden, private balconies and internet. Attractive, air conditioned apartment, newly renovated, located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms, one bathroomand can accommodate 4-5 persons. It has its own balcony with beautiful seaview. Washing machine and dryer are provided in common area.

Major-league holiday!

Such a great find!! Wonderful distance from old town so as not to get into too much hustle and bustle but really close for walking. Everything is clean and nice. Also we were able to use the clothes washer and dryer which was such a great thing while traveling. The view is spectacular!!! Thanks for having us!

Our 4-day stay at this apartment was absolutely perfect! As a couple looking for a relaxing getaway, we couldn't have asked for more. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. ​The apartment itself is a blast – it's so cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony; enjoying our morning coffee with that beautiful sea view was unbeatable. ​We also loved the location. It's just a short walk into town, where we found a lovely bakery and enjoyed fresh pastries for breakfast every morning. ​It was a truly relaxing experience, and we're already talking about returning someday with our kids. Highly recommended!

Major-league holiday!

Wir haben uns im Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt! Es war sehr sauber und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgestattet. Die Lage und der Balkon sind einfach super! Die Dusche ist wunderbar.
