Gangnam Seolleung: Where Royal Heritage Meets Modern Seoul

ANANDA is located near Seolleung Station, in the heart of Gangnam’s Teheran-ro business and lifestyle district. This is one of Seoul’s most convenient urban centers, with excellent access to transportation, offices, dining, cafés, shopping, medical facilities, and everyday services.

What makes this neighborhood special is its rare balance of history and modern city life. Nearby are Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs, a peaceful UNESCO World Heritage site in the middle of Gangnam. Surrounded by trees, walking paths, and royal burial grounds from the Joseon Dynasty, it offers a calm green retreat from the busy city.

At the same time, Seolleung and Teheran-ro are among Seoul’s most practical and well-connected areas. Guests can easily reach Gangnam Station, Samseong, COEX, Bongeunsa Temple, Jamsil, Apgujeong, Cheongdam, and other major destinations by subway, taxi, or bus.

The neighborhood is especially convenient for business travelers, long-stay guests, medical visitors, digital nomads, and families seeking a safe, central, and well-managed area of Seoul.

Seolleung Station is about 5 minutes on foot. Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs are nearby by walking or short taxi ride. Gangnam Station and COEX/Samseong are about 5–10 minutes by subway or taxi. Bongeunsa Temple is about 10 minutes away, Jamsil/Lotte World about 15–25 minutes, Apgujeong/Cheongdam about 10–20 minutes by taxi, and Seoul Station about 30–40 minutes depending on traffic.

Within walking distance, guests will find many cafés, bakeries, local restaurants, casual dining spots, business lunch places, convenience stores, grocery options, banks, ATMs, pharmacies, and clinics. COZE can also assist with grocery delivery, medical guidance, interpretation, and transportation support if needed.

Guests have private access to the entire ANANDA apartment during the stay.

Shared building facilities are also available for guest use.

The rooftop garden is a public area and can be used until 8:00 PM. It offers a peaceful open-air space with a beautiful view toward Seolleung and Jeongneung.

The Fitness & Lounge area is also a public area and is available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please use all shared facilities quietly and respectfully for other residents and guests.

ANANDA is prepared with essential amenities for a comfortable full-service stay, including face towels, bath towels, hotel-style bathroom amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, vanity items, tissues, bath mats, hair dryer, and hair styling tools.

The kitchen includes essential cookware, dishes, cups, cutlery, cooking tools, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, food waste disposal system, water purifier, and Illy capsule coffee machine.

A washer and dryer are provided, along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. High-speed Wi-Fi is included, and COZE can also support guests with a local smartphone, Korean number, unlimited data, and pocket Wi-Fi upon request when available.

TV and Netflix are provided for home entertainment.

For families with young children, baby-friendly items such as a baby crib, high chair, baby monitor, potty seat, bottle sterilizer, and stroller may be prepared upon request, depending on availability.

COZE is a private whole-home stay, not a hotel with daily restaurant breakfast. However, depending on your reservation benefit or promotion, a welcome breakfast grocery pack may be included.
