Single-family house "Kesslerberg", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by trees. 1 km from the centre of Hinterzarten, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Titisee, 28 km from the centre of Freiburg, in a quiet, elevated position on a slope, 5 m from the edge of the forest, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property with trees, meadow. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 100 m. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop "Blumenladen" 1.7 km, railway station "Hinterzarten" 1.6 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift 3 km, slopes 3 km, sled run 300 m, cross country ski track 100 m, ice rink 200 m. Nearby attractions: Skimuseum Hinterzarten 100 m, Titisee 8 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Feldberg 20 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Matisleweiher 2 km, Titisee 8 km. Hiking paths: vor Ort. Please note: car recommended.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, patio. Barbecue. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
