GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire home, with one closet in the house locked and part of the garage locked for cleaning and maintenance storage. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please make sure you read the cancellation policy. It is always recommended that guests get travel insurance in the event the guest needs to cancel for whatever reason. Security Cameras: We do have security cameras that are all OUTSIDE, we have them placed by the entrances for your safety. Pet Policy: We’re dog-friendly because we know they’re part of the experience. Please be respectful of the space and clean up after your pet. We welcome well-behaved dogs. Pet fee: $100 per dog per stay (max 2 dogs). Smoking: No smoking inside or outside Mountain roads and weather can vary—AWD/4WD strongly recommended Nov–Apr. Driveway will be plowed at 4 inches of snow Wildlife is common in the area, so please be mindful when outdoors If the property requires significantly more time or effort than a standard turnover — due to excessive mess, heavy pet hair, tracked-in dirt or mud, spills, stains, odors, or debris — additional cleaning fees may be charged to cover the extra labor required. We appreciate guests helping care for the home so it can be enjoyed by everyone. No parties or unauthorized guests We do not have central air conditioning.
