Nordstrandperle Ap. H7 - Modern apartment right on the beach

The Nordstrandperle is part of the “Bremer Logierhäuser.” Of this complex, built in 1873, the current “Nordstrandperle,” located at the intersection of Moltkestraße and Roonstraße, has been preserved as a building from the Wilhelminian era. A comprehensive renovation and modernization in 2020–2021—while preserving the historic façade—has resulted in modern, high-quality apartments. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

Apartment H7 is located on the second floor and features a balcony facing southwest. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and another with a bunk bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner stove. Guests’ bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building (basement) and are available for shared use for a fee, which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the vacation rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).

The E Apartments: Ground-floor apartments with a sunroom; these apartments are located on the first floor and are accessible via 16 steps.
The S Apartments in the basement—barrier-free: These apartments are located in the basement and are designed to be barrier-free.
The O Apartments in the annex with a balcony: These apartments are located on the upper floor and are accessible only via stairs.
The H – Apartments in the Main Building: These apartments are located in the main building and are accessible by elevator or via the stairwell.
