Welcome to Gästehaus Röll – Studio 5 on the enchanting island of Norderney, a place that perfectly combines relaxation and adventure! The studio, which was freshly renovated in January 25, features modern and inviting furnishings and spans 18 m², providing a comfortable retreat for up to two people.

The studio is equipped with a kitchenette that offers everything you need to prepare your meals: a two-burner stove, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and other kitchen appliances allow you to treat yourself after a long day at the beach. The cozy dining area is perfect for sharing meals and creates a warm, homey atmosphere. Throughout the entire unit, you’ll enjoy free Wi-Fi and a TV with cable.

The bright living room is the perfect place to relax. Thanks to the large windows, you’ll enjoy plenty of natural light and a pleasant atmosphere. Here, you can make yourself comfortable with a good book from the provided library or watch your favorite TV show. The comfortable bed in the sleeping area ensures a restful night’s sleep.
