The holiday home, renovated in 2019, is a terraced house, functionally furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Baška. The holiday home is located on a 60 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
