Welcome to Alimot Spa House.

Alimot was my late mother. She was the kindest soul - always going out of her way to help others. After she passed, I named my business after her so her name and kindness could keep helping people.

This is not a hotel room. This is a full private house built in her honor - warm, affordable, and spotlessly clean, with a private indoor hot tub you don't have to share with anyone.

Perfect for:
- Syracuse University visits, hospital stays, weddings
- Couples getaway or small family
- Anyone who wants to relax in a private spa, not a crowded hotel pool

It’s listed as a luxury stay. I don’t feel that’s quite accurate. The beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was very easy. Took a couple hours to get a hairdryer, hot tub was only half the first night, there was a bees nest on the front porch, and couldn’t get the accent lighting to shut off and the backyard needed a little TLC. Other than that, it was an ok place.

Thank you Molly for your feedback and for staying with us at Berwyn. We appreciate you mentioning the comfortable beds and easy check-in/out. We take your other notes seriously: - Hairdryer: Our apologies for the 2-hour delay, we delivered one as soon as we saw your message and now have added a second one permanently to the house. - Hot tub: The water level was low after a recent heavy guest use - we refilled it that same evening. We now check it daily between stays. - Bees nest: Thank you for flagging - the small nest on the front porch has been safely removed by pest control, and we do regular checks in summer. - Accent lighting: We have added clearer instructions in the welcome book on how to turn off the spa lights. We are always improving to make the stay feel more luxurious. We hope to host you again for a better experience. - Said, Host at 123 Berwyn Ave
