It also offers numerous cultural attractions as well as recreational and sports activities.<br><br>We look forward to welcoming you to our home.<br><br>Maginot Line<br>The Maginot Line was a defense system consisting of a line of bunkers along the French border with Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Italy. The system is named after French Minister of Defense André Maginot. It was built from 1930 to 1940 to prevent or repel attacks from these neighboring countries.
