Located in Locorotondo, the villa "Acres Itria" has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 230 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (with showers), and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, heating, as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The most wonderful villa!

Pros: Many reviews said the villa was even more beautiful in person and it was true! John and Natasha were amazing hosts. They gave us recommendations for dining, car service, private chef for pasta making/dinner at the villa (highly recommended) and many more tips. John gave us tour of the immense gardens (tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, green peppers, basil and more) and the fruit trees (fig, apple, pomegranate, pear, olive) all while encouraging us to forge everything we wanted and needed. The pool area is perfection. We would have coffee every morning at the picnic table under the tree. We took daily trips to Locorotondo, Alberobello, Monopoly, Cisternino, Polignano A Mare, Ostuni, Matera (furthest but worth it). Acres Itria is the perfect location, the perfect place for families (everyone has their own space), it has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We can't say enough great things about it. Cons: Not one thing.
