A light and airy single-level condo located on the 2nd floor with an open great room, coastal decor, and tile floors throughout — comfortable and built for vacation mode.



The kitchen is fully equipped: rich granite counters, warm wood cabinetry, full stainless appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher), and a breakfast bar with stools. Highly stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare wonderful family dinners with a large dining table that seats the whole crew.

The living room is set up with comfy seating and cable TV. Sliding doors that open to your private balcony with a marina view and that fresh salt air. Ceiling fans throughout keep things cool and breezy.



Primary bedroom features a King size bed with ensuite bathroom with a shower. Second bedroom features 2 Queen size beds. There is a hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo. Both have their own smart TVs.



In-unit conveniences include a full-size washer and dryer — pack light and beach often. Cards and games for family time and books for beach or relaxing reading.

Storage unit houses all the essential beach gear needed (chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers and floats) with an easy pull cart. Swap out the beach gear for tired toddlers after a day in the sun.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.



Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
