The spacious and open layout featuring top of the line furnishing, designer decor, a fully appointed chef's kitchen, 100" Big screen TV with sound system and bluetooth speakers make gathering with friends and family effortless. You'll love the seamless indoor-outdoor living, thanks to the living room's garage-style door that opens to combine the spaces. This home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and an XL twin. Additionally, there’s a cozy bunkbed nook just off the living room, as well as a large couch in the living room, perfect for extra travelers.



There are also 2 full bathrooms with Bathroom 1 featuring a tub/shower combo, and Bathroom 2 showcasing a beautiful walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 is split between 2 rooms, one housing the shower and the other the vanity and toilet, offering privacy for all guests.

The Neighborhood:

Centrally located in the heart of Kanab. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and gas stations. Easy access to Hwy 89 and Hwy 89A, making travel easy and convenient.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, the north rim of the Grand Canyon, as well as hiking and biking trails.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

This home is pet friendly (dogs only) with a 2-pet limit. Dogs must be kept in a crate if they are being left unattended in the home. Please clean up after your pet both inside and out. Thank you for your respect and cooperation!
