Very large, very modern, very comfortable apartment block "Dunas Plus Penthouse". In the resort Oliva Nova, in a quiet, sunny position, from the sea, 250 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket 350 m, restaurant 210 m, café 300 m, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station 20 km, ferry 20 km, sandy beach "Platja La Devesa" 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.8 km, surf school, tennis 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
