Hus op Eck - Norderney

The "Hus op Eck" vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area along Nordhelmstraße, which runs right next to Nordstrand. The apartment occupies the first floor and the attic of the building. The 75-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartment features a spacious and bright living/dining and kitchen area. There are three bedrooms in total. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. The attic has two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed if needed. One bedroom in the attic even offers a panoramic view of the nearby dune landscape. The apartment has a total of two bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet, while the other bathroom has a shower and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet. On cold days, a wood-burning stove provides warmth (if desired).

The garden surrounding the house is available for shared use by the residents of both apartments. For guests staying in the upper apartment, there is a separate area in the garden furnished with patio furniture. A parking space for one car is located right next to the house. Furthermore, the garage attached to the house can be used to store bicycles or strollers. The access code for the garage is located inside the apartment. Dogs are not allowed here.
