Apartment No. 21 is on the second floor and offers space (approx. 75 square meters) for up to four people. The building has an elevator. The Kurplatz, the pedestrian zone, and several shops, cafés, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is only about 500 meters away. <br><br>The apartment’s amenities are top-notch—from underfloor heating and a beach chair to high-quality furnishings. The apartment has two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. In addition to the bathroom with a shower, there is also a guest restroom. The 20-square-meter rooftop terrace, which faces west and is set back from the street, is a highlight of the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available (for shared use via coin-operated machines), which is particularly convenient for longer stays.
