Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 10 m, bakery 300 m, bicycle rental 750 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, tram "De Haan aan Zee" 800 m, bus stop "Halte Leopoldlaan" 300 m, railway station "Oostende" 13 km, sandy beach "De Haan" 30 m, park "La Potinière" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 1.7 km, surf school, sailing school 700 m, tennis, minigolf 400 m. Nearby attractions: Familiepark De Sierk 4 km, Sealife Blankenberge 13 km, Plopsaland De Panne 50 km, Bruges 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
