The studio apartment "Livadia Seaside 1" is conveniently located a short walk from the beach. The 40 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and air conditioning.

Guests of the property have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace and a covered terrace.

The beautiful Livadia beach is set in just 4 walking minutes from the studio apartment. The center of Parikia and the port can be reached in 7-10 minutes on foot. Public transport links are located within walking distance.

Free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

1 pet is allowed. Pet owners are asked to make sure their pet does not disturb the neighbors with noise and does not damage the amenities.

Guests are asked to be careful with the room keys. A special card is needed to turn on the electricity in the room.

Very good location, close to the beach, but more of a 20 minute walk from the port rather than 10. Beautiful property and very well kept. Hosts are kind and welcoming.
