Livadia Seaside Studios is located in the heart of Parikia, the main seaside town of Paros. Enjoy an excellent location just a 4-minute walk from Livadia Beach, public transport, waterfront restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. The central port of Parikia and the town with the famous Church of Ekatontapyliani, shops, banks, tavernas, bars, nightlife, and city amenities are just a 10-minute walk away, while Paros Airport is 11 km from the property.



The studios are beautifully decorated in Cycladic style with white and blue tones, and feature a kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, private bathroom, bed linens and towels, LCD TV, air conditioning, heater, fridge, kettle, cookware, cutlery and dishes, dining area, and an outdoor patio. Free parking is available in the area.

Host was very nice and responded quickly and the place was very nice. Location is the best part as you’re right next to the beach and on the main road and so close walking distance to everything. There were a couple ants in the room but not a big deal at all. Would absolutely stay there again!
