Enjoy a comfortable and refined stay in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the prestigious Verbier residence. You will find high-quality amenities, with a gas fireplace, heated floors in the bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 private covered parking spaces. Ideally located less than 1km from Tremblant Village, the condo also offers access to the stunning spa pavilion with pool, jacuzzi, gym as well as a free shuttle service for easy transportation to the village.
Our condo is a peaceful and newly built ground-floor unit, perfect for creating memorable moments with family and friends while enjoying comfort and convenience close to everything Mont-Tremblant has to offer.
Ideally located less than 1 km from Mont-Tremblant’s ski slopes, this bright and spacious condo features high ceilings, large windows, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Guests can enjoy three private outdoor spaces: a balcony connected to the primary bedroom and two terraces accessible from the living room and dining area. The perfect setting to relax together and enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace or outdoors.
The underground garage includes two reserved parking spaces and a convenient private storage locker for all your outdoor gear, including skis, snowboards, bicycles, canoes, and more.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, only approved pets that have been declared before arrival are permitted on the property.

• Maximum number of guests must not exceed the number indicated in your reservation.
• This policy applies to all guests and visitors.
Smoking & Vaping
• Strictly prohibited:
- Inside the apartment
- On balconies and terraces
- At entrances and in all common areas
- Within 9 meters of the building
• No cigarette butts are allowed anywhere on the property.
• Violation results in a $500 fine and immediate eviction without refund.
Noise & Gatherings
• No loud parties or events allowed.
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM (inside and outside).
• No noise after 11:00 PM under any circumstances.
• Respect neighbors and community rules at all times.
Consequences for Rule Violations
• $500 fine for smoking violations or major infractions
• Immediate eviction without refund
• Fines starting at $150 may be issued by the building co-ownership (Verbier) and will be reclaimed from you
• Police may be called in serious cases
Cleanliness & Respect for Property
• Do not use towels or linens to remove makeup or clean substances; stained items will be charged for replacement.
• Pick up all personal belongings and garbage, both inside and in common areas.
• No shoes inside the apartment; leave shoes at the entrance.
• Keep common spaces clean and quiet — no loud music or activities.
• No sports equipment in the condo – must be stored in the storage unit next to the parking spots in the underground parking area
Parking & Traffic Rules
• Park only in your designated space (unit number indicated on garage pillars).
• Visitor parking is on the street only.
• Do not park on lawns.
• Maximum driving speed on-site: 10 km/h (day and night).
• Do not drive through the roundabout on the other side of the property.
Pavilion, Spa, and Gym Access
• Access pass required — linked to your unit and must be carried at all times.
• It is STRICTLY forbidden to consume or bring alcohol into any area of the spa pavilion, both indoors and outdoors.
• You may be asked to show your pass at any time.
• Spa hours: 9 AM – 9 PM, Gym: 6 AM onwards.
• Maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere; access after closing is strictly prohibited.
• $150 fine if spa pass is lost.
Children & Supervision
• The property includes stairs and a bunk bed ladder. Children and individuals who may require assistance must be supervised at all times. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety throughout the stay.We are not responsible for any accidents.
• Parents must supervise children at all times, especially in common areas, the pool, and spa.
Security & Surveillance
• A security guard is generally on site.
• Premises are monitored by cameras and caring neighbors.
• Respect for all rules ensures a safe and welcoming environment.
Check-Out
