Hacienda Tres Rios - Playa Del Carmen! 5 Star resort

Minutes from Playa Del Carmen, this is your beautiful tropical getaway. With a nature park on site with natural spring water "cenotes" you can scuba or kayak. World class spa and culinary experiences. Activities include: biking and segway tours thru the jungle, water sports, gym/spa, private beach/pools, kids club, mini golf, batting cage, volleyball and soccer, & daily activities for all ages.

All inclusive is mandatory at this resort, so all guests must participate. Each guest pays before check in, directly to the resort, for only nights spent on resort. The rate is usually between $150 and $200 per adult per night and about half that for children. An example would be a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under age 12 at time of checkout) would be 3 adult rates times 7 nights times $170 = $3570 paid directly to the resort, which holds your reservation. (exact rate given at time of booking, but this is close)

Once checked in this means the resort provides all drinks, food, room service, alcoholic beverages, plus daily activities and nightly shows/entertainment. It is a great value for a care free vacation as you pay nothing while on resort!

***NOTE: kids 12 or under at time of checkout have a much lower all inclusive rate, and 5 or under are free. They are also constantly running promotions to lower adult rates as well. Ask me about the discounted rate!

Rooms are set up as up to 3 are in a Studio (regular hotel room), 4-6 are in a 1 bedroom (Master bedroom plus living room, the size of 2 hotels rooms), and 6-8 are in a 2 bedroom (Studio + 1 bedroom, the size of 3 hotel rooms). Based on availability at the time of booking.

Also they have Yacht access at discounted rates for fishing and/or leisure. There are water sports at a discounted rate.

It's also an eco friendly resort with a trail on the beach that dozens exercise on daily.
