Modern and comfortably furnished semi-detached house on its own small, fenced-in property directly on the B111 federal road in Bannemin, a district of Mölschow. It is only a few minutes by car or bicycle to the fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea, to Trassenheide or to Zinnowitz. Your four-legged friends are also welcome and will be happy about the fenced property.

The charming Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz is just a few kilometers away in the north of the sunny island of Usedom and is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts alongside the 3 imperial resorts. The long beach extends into Poland and is ideal for long walks on the beach. At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses were built here in the well-known spa architecture, which together with the spacious promenade create a beautiful picture and invite you to take a stroll in the evening
