Accommodation description:
The location could not be more central: four minutes on foot from the valley station of the Hopfgarten cable car and from the immediate skiing fun and hiking adventure. The smartly furnished accommodation offers enough space for up to four people and has a fully equipped kitchen, a living/bedroom, a gallery with sleeping accommodation, bathroom with WC and sunny balcony. In the spirit of sustainability, the apartment is easily accessible by bus or train (distance approx. 250m)
All amenities are just a stone's throw away from the accommodation. Whether fresh rolls from the bakery, grocery shops, traditional inns or a fine pizzeria with Mediterranean delicacies. There is also a small department stores' right next door where you can find organic delicacies from the region, trendy clothes for young and old or just a nice cappuccino. Our neighbour Hannes offers you all kinds of possibilities in the adjacent fitness studio, where you can strengthen your muscles or just relax in the sauna or infrared cabin. Tell them you're coming from us, and they'll give you a little bonus :-)

Thanks to our central location, you can leave your car at the apartment. The ski lift with practice area is just around the corner at a distance of only 350m and can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Here you will find ski rental and sports shops as well as ski depots and ski schools directly on site.

The Wilder Kaiser Brixental area is also definitely worth a visit in summer. The local mountain of Hopfgarten is the Hohe Salve, one of the most beautiful panoramic mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps with a panoramic view of the Zillertal Alps, the Venediger Group and the Glockner Group. The quiet hiking trails and mountain bike routes lead you through the varied Tyrolean mountain landscape, musically accompanied by the gentle ringing of cowbells and chirping of birds. It is definitely worth stopping for a moment to pause and enjoy the view. Perhaps also at one of the numerous rustic and hospitable mountain huts, where they are already waiting for you with regional delicacies and a smile
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
