The studio is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home estate, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet location. The following are available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger and garden shower.


Location
Punat. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.


Special
Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (WLAN), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.


Pool
All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to early October, 4 m x 6 m, 1.20 m deep).


Dogs
allowed, EUR 7.00/pet per day.

Shopping 350 m, restaurant 350 m, town centre 1000 m. Railway station in Rijeka 65 km. Airport in Omišalj 22 km. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 1000 m in Punat. Main road 300 m. Children’s playground 700 m.

In summer: Adriatic Sea 500 m in Punat (beach 500 m in Punat with pebbles and bathing platforms). Punat: dog beach 1500 m, boat hire 500 m and water sports facilities 800 m.

The entrance to your studio is located on the basement and leads over 5 steps and the 8 sqm terrace directly into the kitchen. Bedroom (12 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen (10 sqm, walk-through room) with dining area (2 seats), electric stove (2 plates), fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, parasol). Bathroom (4 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
