We are offering a newly renovated vacation home that sleeps 24 people in 6 rooms. Each room has its own shower and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a double bed, and an additional fold-out bed for 2 people.

For our guests, there is a ski storage room, a boot dryer, a common area with a large kitchen, and a barbecue area in the garden. A sauna will be available starting in December 2014.

The rates for electricity and gas are averages; the actual charges will be calculated on-site based on actual consumption.

The village of Pernink offers many sports opportunities; a ski lift is located 300 meters from the house and is suitable for children (2 lifts, ski school, buffet). A ski area with a chairlift is 3 kilometers away. The town has a floodlit cross-country ski track and various cross-country trails.

There are various hiking options to observation towers or to the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
