The Space:
The cosy, one-storey house of 88 m² with green areas can accommodate 9 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends! The ground floor consists of a living room with kitchenette, while the upstairs area offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower). The house also has a green terrace with garden furniture - perfect for an evening outdoors with friends or family! There is also plenty of space to play and run around - a particularly useful aspect for children or pets. The house is equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. A wide range of bathroom and kitchen equipment (including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee machine) will cater for all our guests' needs during their stay. For a good start to their stay, we provide guests with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen.

The Neighborhood:
This atmospheric house is located in a quiet and peaceful area in the village about Łukęcin. It lies between Dziwnow and Pobierowo. The location is ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay, but also offers many attractions in the area. The route to the sea leads through a coniferous forest and the entrance to the beach itself is marked by steps. The proximity to the Butterfly Park in Dziwnów or the Baltic Dinosaur Park makes it a great choice for families with children. The area is rich in cycling and walking paths, so everyone will be able to find a form of recreation convenient for them. The nearest grocery shop is only 350 m away. The house is located in a guarded housing estate.
