House 3 (built in 2023) features, within its 60 square meters, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stove with oven in the cozy living-dining area, as well as a terrace with beautiful views of the garden and the idyllic countryside. The various relaxation areas in the garden invite you to unwind. During the colder months, underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cozy warmth.
Parking is available directly at the vacation home. A washing machine and dryer are available in the complex’s central utility room.

The surrounding Weserbergland region offers a wide range of opportunities for hiking and biking. Shopping options are within walking distance in the village. There is a bread roll delivery service.

A covered parking area for bicycles and motorcycles is available. Vehicles can also be locked up here.
