"Benyamina Playa" is a modern and comfortable apartment just a few meters 400 m from the beach surrounded by all services (restaurants and bars for all tastes, beach bars, supermarkets, pharmacy ...).

The apartment has a spacious sleeping area with a large bed, huge closets and storage area, TV and air conditioning.

The bathroom area is very original as the shower is in a glass cabin (translucent) and in another cabin is the toilet. In the middle you will find the sink.

On the other hand the living room and the kitchen are in the same large and bright room, also full of storage area, a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. In one of the cupboards you will find the washing machine.

There is also air conditioning and TV in the living room.

This does not end here because "Benyamina Playa" has a nice terrace from where you can see the sea, ideal for delicious evenings or sunbathing.

The apartment has high speed WIFI connection.

The community of the building has a swimming pool that you can also enjoy in the seasons that it is open.
