Ideal for families or groups of up to 6, it features three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a small en suite bathroom.



Comfort is ensured year-round with three air conditioning units covering all rooms, including the bedrooms. A TV with cable channels is available for your use.



Private gated parking is included. The building has an elevator up to the third floor, then a short flight of stairs leads to the attic apartment. Public transport is easily accessible nearby.



Bed linen and towels are provided. A baby cot can be requested for younger children. Pets are allowed for an extra fee (max 1). Please note, the apartment does not have Wi-Fi: you are advised to use your own mobile data. Smoking is not permitted inside. The apartment shares a common garden.
