The Space:

Enjoy this spacious open-concept home with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the private screened lanai featuring a heated pool, spa, and built-in outdoor grill and sink—perfect for poolside dining and entertaining. The primary suite offers direct pool access, a walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. A pool-access bathroom adds extra convenience. The pool is heated November–April, and the spa can be controlled independently for year-round enjoyment.



Guest Access:

A few days prior to your reservation date, you will receive your welcome letter with you access code to enter the house.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the desirable Southwest Cape Coral quadrant, this home resides in a quiet residential neighborhood on a beautiful fresh water canal.



Getting Around:

Just minutes from Cape Coral's top spots! Drive 5-10 mins to local dining, shopping, or ice cream on Cape Coral Parkway and downtown Cape Coral, or 15 mins to Four Mile Cove Preserve for kayaking and trails. Downtown Cape Coral shops & the Farmers Market are 10 mins away, and the Yacht Club beach is just 15 mins. Enjoy quick access to parks, shopping, and waterfront fun—all within a short drive!



Other Things to Note:

-The blinds are electronically operated-please do not manually lower or raise as this can damage the blinds.

-We supply a starter pack consisting of 5-6 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 3-5 laundry pods, handful of lint dryer sheets, 3-5 dishwasher pods, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen sponge, windex and all purpose cleaner (located underneath kitchen sink) for each reservation. Once the starter pack is exhausted we do not refill supplies until after check out.

We will be available for any issues that arise, please contact us through Airbnb or VRBO and we will promptly respond. We will let you do your thing but you can reach us whenever you may need back up!
