We absolutely loved our stay! This is a little house with a whole lot of space. It was spotless, comfortable, and cozy, and the huge screened-in deck quickly became our favorite place to relax. The peaceful setting made it easy to unwind, and the trail down to the water was a great bonus. There was plenty of room to tie up our boat, ample parking, and we were pleasantly surprised that this two-bedroom home truly does sleep eight comfortably.The location couldn't have been better for us. It's just minutes from the Sugar Loaf Campground boat ramp and directly across the lake from the Fairfield Bay Marina, making it incredibly convenient for a weekend on the water. The area is quiet, quaint, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the lake without the crowds.A couple of things to keep in mind: the driveway is fairly tight with pine trees on both sides, so if you're pulling a wide boat or trailer, you'll want to take it slow. Also, the trail down to the water is fairly steep, so it may not be ideal for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. That said, our family had no trouble navigating it.Overall, we had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-located lake getaway!
