Charming, bright apartment with brilliant central location
This central apartment has a fantastic location with restaurants, bars, shopping and the beautiful Zeller lake just around the corner. Indoor swimming pool, ice skating rink and local cinema are reachable within a 5 minute walk.
The cityXpress ski lifts can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Located in the historic city center, the train station is approx. 400 m and the central bus station 200 m away.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor. There is no lift in the building.
Room layout:
- large open-plan lounge dining area
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- 1 bedroom for four people with double bed and bunk-bed
- 1 bathroom with bathtub + shower
- 1 bathroom with shower + toilet
- 1 separate toilet
- 2 balconies
Additionally:
- cellar with ski storage
- 1 parking space (not suitable for large vehicles such as VW Multivan or Landrovers). If you have more cars then you need to use the public parking garage which is located in the centre of Zell am See next to the Spar Supermarket
