Penthouse Eagle's Nest is a luxurious 8-person penthouse just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque center of Zell am See. An elevator with a private exit takes you directly into the apartment. From the two terraces, you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains.

Modern, spacious & furnished with Austrian charm, including lots of wood and generous window elements, you are guaranteed a wonderful, luxurious yet cosy living-atmosphere.

Zell am See is the perfect destination for hiking, mountain biking, skiing or just relaxing and enjoying the mountain and lake scenery.

Room layout:
- open living area with modern kitchen, dining area and cosy living room with warming, decorative fireplace
- 3 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathroom
- 1 bedroom with double bed, free standing bath and en-suite bathroom
- 4 bathrooms with toilet
- 1 separate toilet
- Sauna

Additionally:
- 1 terrace with spacious patio with dining table and view over Zell am See
- 1 terrace on the side (access via 2 bedrooms)

The view from this apartment is sensational, but there is a bit of a walk to the CityXpress lift (uphill after skiing). We rented ski equipment from the shop at the base of the CityXpress lift which meant we could leave our skis there overnight and not have to carry them back up the hill to the accommodation. This was very convenient. This shop also lets you leave your walking shoes there during the day so you can carry your ski boots to the shop and not have to walk in them.

Great house - Great location and helpful people! Very good communication during the booking process. The home was clean and well maintained. Not sure if you get many Americans, but it would be great for us if you had some ice cube trays! I realize it sounds odd to Europeans, but it was a daily task to try and find ice. I know people from the US are different about ice, but that simple thing would have alleviated a lot of daily searching for us. But overall, a fantastic stay, and such a wonderful clean home. Thank you for all you do to provide and maintain such a lovely place for people to stay and enjoy Zell am See. Hope to stay again someday.
