The property, parking space and garden with outdoor shower are for your exclusive use. Here you are completely to yourself, like in your own little holiday home. The owners live on the other side of the building and use another property with a different entrance. There are many beautiful beaches in the quiet surroundings. The holiday apartment Sanja is an ideal starting point for a relaxing beach holiday. Numerous bays and beaches await you in the surrounding area, including Soline (700 m), Centinera (700 m), Paltana Bay with the Del Mar Resort (900 m), and Banjole Beach, which features a beach bar, playground, and water park. In terms of dining, Banjole offers a wide selection of restaurants—ranging from the Michelin-recommended Batelina to Ankora, Salvia, Konoba Suzi, and Terra Istriana, as well as cozy cafés, ice cream parlors, and pizzerias. A supermarket is located just 300 m away, and a large shopping center can be found at the entrance to the town.
