Built in 1940 and renovated in 2015, the villa is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Garden.

Savičenta, district of Krase. The villa is situated on an enclosed garden plot of 800 sq m with lawn, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. End-terrace house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
