Great location with Rainey St close by. Was not fancy, but was clean and well appointed. Balcony view is of building next door, but to the right is Lady Bird Lake and to left is East Austin. Would stay again!

Great location and awesome rooftop pool and overall building amenities. Would recommend the owner purchase new rugs, as they are quite stained which makes the place feel a bit unclean.

Long Weekend

Great location to hit different spots around town, including walkable restaurants, bars, attractions. The pool on the roof has a great view. Staff was friendly and responsive. My second visit.

Great location…not as advertised

Nice property but not as advertised. We were told there was free parking but not until we booked and then checked in did we find out it’s $40 a day to park with them. Advertised a working washer and dryer but the washer was broken. We weren’t told it was broken until the afternoon of the day we were to check in. I think this property has a lot of potential for the area in downtown Austin but be aware it’s not as advertised. As far as location it was a short walk to some great restaurants and live music.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your stay. As indicated in our listing description, Natiivo Austin is a valet-only property. This will be an additional $40 per night. We are very sorry that the washer was broken during your stay. This unfortunately happened last minute and we notified all of our guests prior to their stay. We also let guests know that if given a day in advance we could wash and fold for guests on-site. The washer has since been repaired. We hope we can have another chance to impress you!

Dirty doors

When we walked into our room we immediately noticed fingerprints on each of the rooms doors as well as not feeling as the place was cleaned very well. They did try to resolve this issue by having cleaners come by and clean the space but they did not even touch the main places we had wanted to be cleaned since they hadn’t been cleaned in the first place. If you spend a lot of money to stay somewhere there shouldn’t be anything left from previous people who have stayed. The rug also was stained from shoes and probably drinks spilt. As that is a more difficult issue to resolve I hope it is taken into consideration.
