Well suited for the traveler visiting family nearby who wants their own private space for some peace and rest after a full day. The work-from-home types will also enjoy the super quiet atmosphere washed in plentiful, all-day natural light while they sit or stand at the very large bar, which doubles as a table or work space. The apartment is super clean and has all the essentials for light meals--water kettle, pot, pan, dishes, toaster, oven, stove, wine glasses, etc. Who needs a TV when you can connect to 500 mbps internet speeds through wifi or ethernet cable and watch your favourite programs on your personal device.
Step outside to Poligon Park for some exercise and Farmer's Market action, or walk 2 minutes to the Mega Image "alimentara" which has some hot foods, pastries, and all the essentials.

There is a huge, beautiful park right next door with sports facilities, playgrounds, vendors, exercise equipment, jogging track, bmx track, and plus the forest is very close.
